Acoustic measures made from old textiles
We are committed to ensuring that Park 360 is run in a more sustainable and responsible manner. One area of focus is effective waste management. That is why we were so excited about a project we embarked on together with Diakonie Broumov and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL).
The aim of the project is to develop and produce a prototype of an absorbent 3D acoustic element, 90 per cent of which will consist of shredded textile waste. In other words, old, unwanted textiles will be transformed into something new, functional and useful. Recycling in action!
The project is co-funded by the European Union.
