Obscene Extreme is moving to Park 360
The legendary festival Obscene Extreme is leaving Bojiště in Trutnov, where it has been held since 1999. The 2027 edition will take place on 7–11 July at Park 360 in Hradec Králové. The first confirmed bands include American legends Gwar, extreme music pioneers Napalm Death from England, Scottish punk powerhouse The Exploited, Mexican-American masked crew Brujeria, Japanese grinders 324 and many more.
The decision came after long consideration. The Bojiště venue has long had inadequate technical facilities, and the surrounding land is gradually being developed, which could become a major problem in the future. The organisers therefore looked for a site that would offer the festival stable facilities for years to come, as well as room for new services for fans.
“Bojiště was our home for twenty-seven years and we owe Trutnov a big thank you. The new venue gives us the space and opportunity to keep developing our festival. The new facilities will be a big bonus. There will only be proper flushing toilets on site, and we’ll offer plenty of accommodation right at the heart of the action, next to the festival grounds. Park 360 will also allow us to expand the side programme and bring back the popular afterparties. We believe fans will appreciate what we have in store,” says festival founder Miloslav “Čurby” Urbanec.
Obscene Extreme started in 1999 as a birthday party among friends and has grown into one of the best-known independent extreme music festivals in the world. It runs without sponsors or public funding, relying solely on fan support and merchandise sales, as reflected in its motto IN FANS WE TRUST. Every year it features up to 85 bands and attracts around 5,000 visitors.

More bands will be announced in the coming weeks.
