Pepa Libický’s Wood Workshop
Won’t anyone at home lend you a drill? Do the grown-ups insist that hammers don’t belong in children’s hands? Or do you often hear phrases like “when you’re older, then…”? Pepa Libický and his team won’t let you run around Park 360 with a saw, but you’ll be able to make things out of wood and work with tools to your heart’s content.
High-quality tools will be available, and you’ll take home a fantastic wooden creation. Bring your parents along too, you might even teach them a thing or two. By the way, there’ll be experienced instructors on hand who’ll also lend you protective gear.
Drilling, sawing, sanding, planing – in short, creating with wood – will take place every day from 9.30–12.00 / 12.30–15.00 / 15.30–18.00. Please note: you’ll need to book your place in the workshop in advance. You’ll find the workshop in one of the hangars and will be open from Monday 17th to Friday 28th August.
Basic admission is 399 CZK per person. A family ticket for 4 people costs 1 200 CZK, and for 5 people 1 500 CZK. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
P.S. The workshop has been approved by the great Kašpárek himself. So it’s a sort of prelude to the Kefír baby-punk festival, which will take place at Park 360 on Saturday 29 August.
P.S. 2 Have you finished? Head from the workshop to Kašpárek’s Straw Park, which you’ll also find in Park 360.
